Spruhan Engineering, P.C. seeks a f/t Head of the Structural Department

for their Newton, MA location.

Duties:

Lead and manage a team of structural engineers and site inspectors, providing technical guidance, supervision, and performance oversight.
Develop and prepare complete structural framing plans and calculations.
Perform forensic structural site visits and assessments.
A U.S. Bachelor’s Degree or a Foreign Equivalent Degree in Civil Engineering + 36 mos. exp as a Structural Engineer req.
Knowledge in the following software programs: ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AUTOCAD.
